Zuani Zuani is a high-quality white wine, known as riserva, from the Collio region of northeastern Italy. This wine is made from grapes that are harvested later, which allows it to reach a higher ripeness and a more intense taste. It ages for at least 9 months in oak barrels, one third of which are new. This maturation process gives the wine a richer structure and more pronounced woody notes.
Zuani Zuani is known for its complex aromas and flavors, including floral and fruity notes such as white flowers, peaches and spicy notes, which are complemented by strong vanilla and woody nuances thanks to aging in oak barrels. The wine offers a deep and rich flavor profile with a long-lasting finish that emphasizes its elegance and complexity.
