This vegan rosé was born from Cabernet Franc and Zweigelt varieties. It is dry, but thanks to the abundant and juicy fruitiness, you will have the feeling that you are drinking a semi-dry wine. Distinct minerality, medium-high acids and floral accents. In the aroma and taste, you can smell first of all red fruit, followed by white fruit, from citrus fruits mainly grapefruit peel. You could easily say that Eden is such an "everyday" rosé that you will never get tired of.
