GD Vajra Moscato d'Asti is a sparkling wine made from the Moscato Bianco variety, which is carefully cultivated in the vineyards of the Piedmont region. The grapes are hand-harvested and processed using traditional methods, while fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the wine. Due to the low alcohol content (approximately 5.5%), this wine is ideal for light and refreshing drinking.
Color: The wine has a light golden color with greenish reflections that indicate its freshness and youth.
Smell: The smell is intense and aromatic, with notes of orange blossom, herbs and ripe fruit orchard. Here we also find tones of yellow peaches, apricots, pears and lemon drops, which intertwine with subtle mineral and sage hints.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is lively and full, with flavors of yellow fruits such as peaches, apricots and pears. It has a fresh acidity that gives the wine liveliness and balance. The finish is soft and creamy, with lingering fruity notes
