Tullamore DEW comes from the town of Tullamore in Ireland. The brand was founded in 1829 and its name DEW is an acronym of the name of one of the first owners, Daniel E. Williams, who contributed to its fame.
Tullamore DEW is triple distilled, which gives it exceptional smoothness. The whiskey is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, which contributes to its rich and complex flavor profile.
