The Botanist is a prestigious and masterfully refined gin distilled in the Bruichladdich distillery surrounded by the untamed nature of the island. A supremely enticing, satin-smooth gin with exploding floral aromas and a rich, deliciously mature taste. It's a gin for the mind as well as the palate - a gin for thinkers. The Botanist is like the breath of the botanical island of Islay in a single glass. It contains 31 aromatic herbs and flowers growing on the island and thus complements the set of nine classic plants for making gin.
Smell: so many botanicals we wish we had five noses. Citruses, gentle menthol and flowers!
Taste: cool and fresh. The heat is gradually released along with the citrus.
