Suau 50yo is the oldest, longest maturing brandy of this series (others: 8YO, 25YO). Noble aromas from the oak barrel appear here alongside less intense flavors such as caramel, vanilla and tobacco aromas. The long maturation period results in a delicate taste and a very pleasant and elegant style of alcohol. The color is close to dark mahogany. Brandy simply melts on the tongue and enables incomparably fine taste experiences, based on the coexistence of different flavors in one drink. Thanks to the long maturation, it has a special taste that provides pleasant sensory experiences when tasting. It matures in peace, isolated from smells and sounds, because the barrel storage area is separated from the rest of the world by a 1.8 m thick wall.
