Silent Pool Distillery was once founded by a few friends on the Albury Estate in Surry Hills. This distillery is located next to the mystical Quiet Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring water.
To achieve the extraordinary aroma and taste of rose, this gin has been distilled with a unique infusion of rose tea.
Some original plant substances such as pears, bergamot and cardamom have been improved to give the refreshing pink tones enough space and expression.
Color: clear.
Aroma: Pink tones, lavender, chamomile, juniper.
Taste: Soft, dry, light sweetness, distinct tones of roses, juniper, citrus fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.
