The gin is created from 24 carefully selected botanicals, including kaffir, chamomile, local honey, lavender and many others.
The result is a very serious gin in a classic style, but softened by the sweetness of honey.
The fragrance is full of lavender and lime leaf, which brings elegant floral-citrus notes to the nose. While cardamom and juniper represent the spicy side of things.
You will smell elderflower, orange blossom and chamomile in the taste.
