Gorgas Gran Reserva Serum is a premium Panamanian rum that pays tribute to Dr. William Crawford Gorgas, a U.S. Army physician known for his work in suppressing yellow fever and malaria during the construction of the Panama Canal.
This rum is a blend of Panamanian cane honey distillates that have matured for up to 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
Aromatic profile: Marzipan and spicy notes with hints of honey, orange peel and oak.
Taste: Round, smooth and full, with pronounced fruity and spicy notes.
Finish: Elegant, dry and pleasantly long.
This rum has won international awards, including a gold medal in the "Rums from 6 to 10 years, column distillation" category and the "Best Rum 2020" trophy at the HK IWSC Cathay-Pacific.
