This gifted, ancient-looking design of the bottle hides high quality. RYE Samogon is made by hand, in small batches, has eco and bio certification and is produced exclusively from winter Estonian rye, using an authentic Estonian method from the 18th century, very slow, gentle distillation. The history of Estonian Moonshine is similar to the history of American Moonshine - they were produced in domestic conditions for own consumption, or for smuggling ;) Since these distillates were produced only in one single distillation, perfect knowledge and experience were required, because any small mistake resulted in the deterioration of the entire batch of distillates. The production technology has been preserved to this day, so you can be sure that you are ordering absolute quality
