Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay, which comes from the best vineyards in the Champagne region, including Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully processed to maintain their highest quality. The champagne ages for at least 3 years in the historic chalk cellars of the Ruinart house, which contributes to its complexity and depth.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has a light golden color with fine, persistent bubbles that give the champagne an elegant appearance. The aroma is fresh and delicate, with notes of citrus, white flowers, peaches and nectarines. Subtle hints of almonds and brioche appear in the background, adding depth and sophistication.
On the palate, the champagne is full and rounded, with flavors of fresh fruit, citrus and subtle mineral notes. It has an excellent balance between fresh acidity and rich fruity sweetness, leading to a long and elegant finish with lingering fruit and mineral notes.
