This wine is a product of the Recaredo winery, which is known for its focus on biodynamic grape growing and the production of high quality wines. Turó d'En Mota is considered one of the best sparkling wines in Spain and is often compared to the world's premium champagnes.

Turó d'En Mota is made exclusively from the Xarel·lo variety, originating from vineyards planted in 1940. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. The wine ages on yeast for at least 156 months (13 years), which contributes to its finesse and complexity.

Color: The wine has a soft yellow color with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose: The nose is complex and elegant, with notes of fresh fruits such as apples and pears, complemented by floral hints, citrus fruits and subtle traces of brioche and minerals.
