Quinta do Tedo Rosé Port is a unique port wine that combines traditional port techniques with a modern approach, creating a refreshing and attractive drink. This wine comes from the Douro region of Portugal, known for its high quality wines.
Quinta do Tedo Rosé Port is made from traditional grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca. The grapes are harvested by hand and, after gentle pressing, have contact with the skins for only 2 hours, which contributes to its delicate pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures for 5 months before bottling.
Color: The wine has a pale pink color, reminiscent of rose petals and flamingo legs.
Smell: The smell is soft and delicate, with notes of gooseberries, raspberries and floral hints.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is soft and sweet, with flavors of red fruit, a mineral structure and a long finish. The moderately concentrated wine has a long, persistent finish and beautiful precision.
