Progettidivini 8 DOCG Cartizze is made from Glera grapes, which are grown on the steep slopes of Cartizze, where the soil and microclimate create ideal conditions for growing this variety. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality. The wine is produced using the traditional Charmat method, which allows the freshness and natural fruit notes of the wine to be preserved.
