It is aged for at least 6 years in French oak barrels and is produced from high quality apples.
The result is an apple schnapps that perfectly balances the taste of the barrel and the fruit. Drinkers can expect notes of licorice, leather, oak, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee, caramelized apples, pastry, conference pears, hay, milk chocolate and mild spice.
