This exceptional Japanese whiskey is characterized by subtle peaty and smoky notes from traditional coal distillation, as well as a salty whiff obtained from the sea air during maturation.
Color: clear and golden
Nose: full and smooth, slightly reminiscent of peat followed by smoke, enriched with dried citrus and fresh wood shavings
Taste: strong with a hint of smoke and notes of melon, almonds, chocolate and a little salt
Finish: long and silky smooth, herbal to earthy
