Monsignor Separ Coffee Rum is a premium eight-year-old rum from Panama, created in collaboration with Slovak rapper Separ. This rum is the result of fermentation and distillation of sugar cane molasses, enriched with coffee concentrate, which gives it a unique flavor profile.
The rum is aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels, which gives it a full, rounded flavor with a hint of honey.
Color: Chocolate brown.
Aroma: Rich aroma with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak and fruit.
Taste: Delicate, sweet, smooth and balanced, with pronounced coffee notes.
Finish: Pleasant sweet aftertaste with a lingering coffee flavor.
