Moltes Crémant d'Alsace Millésimé is a premium sparkling wine from the Alsace region, produced by the Moltès family winery. This wine is made using the traditional champagne method, which includes secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on yeast for at least one year.
Grapes: A blend of 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Pinot Blanc.
Color: Pale yellow with bright reflections and fine bubbles.
Aroma: The aroma is clean and elegant, with notes of white peach, lemon, pineapple and pear, complemented by subtle herbal and almond notes.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is structured and mineral, but at the same time straightforward and delicate. Flavor profiles include fruity and citrus notes leading to a fresh and long finish.
