Moltes Crémant d'Alsace Brut is an exceptional sparkling wine from the Alsace region of France. This wine is made using the traditional champagne method, which includes secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on yeast for at least one year.
Grapes: The wine is made from 70% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Riesling.
Color: Pale yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles.
Aroma: The wine has a fresh and elegant aroma with notes of apricots, green apples and subtle hints of citrus.
Taste: Light and refreshing on the palate, with lingering flavors of white fruit such as pears and Granny Smith apples. It has fine minerality and balanced acidity, which gives the wine a lively and long aftertaste.
