The production process of Mery Melrose Ancestral begins with the careful selection of grapes from the best vineyards in the Cognac region. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented, where the juice is transformed into wine. This wine then undergoes double distillation in traditional copper stills, which guarantees the purity and fineness of the distillate.

Distillation is followed by a long maturation process in oak barrels. These barrels, made from French oak, give the cognac its characteristic aromas and flavor profiles. During maturation, the cognac acquires complex notes of vanilla, wood, spices, dried fruits and a subtle floral touch. Mery Melrose's Master Blenders carefully monitor each barrel and blend the different vintages to achieve consistent quality and exceptional flavor.
