Rum Malteco Seleccion 1991 is a limited edition, comes from a traditional Guatemalan recipe and embodies the rich history and craftsmanship of the region. Production takes place in Panama, where fresh juice from sugar cane is distilled using the column distillation method. Rum Malteco Selección 1991 matures after distillation in specially selected bourbon barrels. These barrels are taken to the mountains of Panama, where the rum matures under optimal climatic conditions and develops its unique taste. The carefully monitored aging process contributes significantly to the exceptional quality and depth of this distillate.
