Velvety smooth whiskey despite the abundance of alcohol...very exceptional. The smell of sea air and the taste salty, sweet, fruity and smoky. Everything there. Fantastic.
Fragrance:
The combination of fresh sea breeze with nutty chocolate notes... very unusual. With peaty maltiness, sweet candies and spices and a wonderfully soft smoke.
Taste:
Beautifully creamy. With leathery smoke, sweet with bitter notes, but not intrusive. Grassy with earthy ash. There is also salted caramel with citrus notes. A poem.
Conclusion:
Very smooth, soft but still long. Spicy with a metallic note, but not too bitter. Very special and always leaves a slightly sweet feeling on the palate.
