A velvety smooth whiskey despite the amount of alcohol ..very special. The smell of sea air and the taste salty, sweet, fruity to smoky. Everything there. Fantastic.
Fragrance:
The combination of fresh sea breeze with nutty chocolate tones... very unusual. With peaty maltiness, sweet candy and spice and a wonderfully smooth smoke.
Taste:
Beautifully creamy. With a leathery smoke, sweet with bitter notes but not obtrusive. Grassy with earthy ash. There is also salted caramel with citrus notes. A poem.
Conclusion:
Very fine, soft but still long. Spicy with a metallic note but not too hot. Very special and always leaves a slightly sweet feeling on the palate.
