Laherte Frères Les Rouges Maisons Extra Brut is a Blanc de Noirs champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard planted in 1983 in the Chavost region. The grapes are harvested at full maturity, fermented and matured in barrels with a volume of 228 liters. After more than 18 months on the yeast, the wine is disgorged at a low level of 2 g/l, making it an extra dry Champagne with rich complexity and finesse.
