Laherte Frères Ultradition Extra Brut Magnum (1.5 L) is a top champagne produced by the Laherte Frères family winery, known for its biodynamic approaches to viticulture. This champagne is a blend of several varieties – mostly Pinot Meunier, complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which gives it complexity and elegance.
Ultradition Extra Brut is made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle and has a low sugar content (Extra Brut), which means it is very dry. Grapes from several different vintages are used for production, while the base wine is partially fermented in wooden barrels, which gives the champagne a rich texture and subtle woody notes.
