Certeza' means 'safety' and is produced by the Beckman family from Jalisco, Mexico.
All tequilas are made from 100% agave and are double distilled in Cognac stills.
The aging process takes place for 12 months in Kentucky Bourbon white oak barrels and in French Limousin oak barrels.

The taste is soft with vanilla, caramel and roasted cinnamon..
