On the nose, vibrant robust oak notes mingle with a rich and delicate tobacco aroma, crunchy caramel and deep citrus aromas. This is followed by a marmalade toast and soft orange liqueur, this is balanced by a dry almost smoky oak tannin with a subtle hint of tobacco from the Habana cigars. The taste reveals fascinating layers of light tannin, lasting rich notes of vanilla bean and soft leather with a hint of fine Habana tobacco. It gradually develops into a sweet, velvety mouthfeel with spicy notes of cardamom and nutmeg with a sweet edge of tobacco smoke and rich roasted coffee.
