Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a premium Japanese dry gin, produced in Kyoto Distillery, inspired by tradition and Japan itself. Ki No Bi ~ translated as "beauty of the seasons" is made from eleven carefully selected plant botanicals - dominated by yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho, or gyokuro green tea. Botanicals are divided into six groups - basic, citrus, tea, spicy, fruity and floral. Each of these herbs and plants is macerated in rice distillate and then individually distilled, giving this Japanese gin an unmistakable, fresh and perfectly smooth taste.

The noticeable fresh aroma of yuzu is intertwined with the taste of sansho spice that lingers like the morning mist in a bamboo forest. Juniper complements and underlines the local Japanese batanika. The ginger root warms beautifully in the spicy finish.
