Juillet-Lallement La Belle Pur Meunier Extra Brut is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, coming from vineyards classified as Grand Cru. This champagne is aged for a minimum of 36 months on yeast, which contributes to its complexity and depth. The Extra Brut designation means that the wine contains a very low amount of added sugar (dosage 3 g/l), which preserves its clean and dry character.
Color: Elegant, pale golden color with fresh and fine bubbles that give the champagne a lively appearance.
Nose: The nose is complex and open, starting with a subtle minerality that moves into notes of fresh white fruit, vanilla and meringue. As it develops further, aromas of white peach and citrus appear.
Taste: On the palate, the champagne is full and expressive, with flavors of white peach and citrus, complemented by a soft finish with plenty of lemon zest. This wine has strong acidity and an elegant structure, which makes its flavor profile refreshing and persistent.
