Estonian vodka, which matured together with Capsicum annum Cayenne Chilli, is made using artisanal methods in small quantities. It was often used in Estonia as an accompanying "medicine". Organic chillies are grown in the ancient fields of Kopra Kariamois in the Valga region and the base strong spirit is produced from winter rye grain grown only in selected regions. You can enjoy it alone or in mixed drinks.
