Hardy XO Rare Cognac is created from a blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche grapes grown in the Grande and Petite Champagne regions. These eaux-de-vie are matured in lightly roasted Limousin oak barrels for 15 to 25 years, which contributes to its soft and elegant notes.
Aroma : Rich aroma of rose petals, dates, dried figs and apricots.
Taste : Complex and balanced, with notes of ginger, soft tobacco, vanilla and lightly toasted sesame.
Finish : Long and satisfying, with sweet notes of toffee and leather, ending with a hint of nutty rancid.
