Hardy Cognac has been produced in France for the fifth generation.
Maison Hardy was founded in Charente, France in 1863 by Anthony Hardy.
Hardy VSOP Cognac is created from a combination of eaux-de-vie that come from the renowned Grande and Petite Champagne regions. This blend is classified as "Fine Champagne", which means that it contains at least 50% eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and the rest from Petite Champagne. Cognac matures for more than four years in lightly roasted oak barrels from the Limousin region, which gives it its soft and harmonious notes.
