geographical rarity (Estonia), authenticity and originality of production methods, eco certification and a number of prestigious world awards. Moreover, you will not find this non-commercial honest product boasting the highest quality of processing just anywhere. So don't hesitate, you will be pleasantly surprised :)
The distillate is made from winter rye Sangaste, because this type of rye is typical for Estonia and, moreover, the oldest in the world, which is still processed exclusively by hand. This also corresponds to the rich aromatic profile, which is neutral like vodka, but thanks to Sangaste rye, it is enriched with slightly spicy and earthy notes. The sea buckthorn itself gives the distillate a delicate fruitiness and freshness at the same time. A very grateful gift for the most demanding. ;)
