"Golden Nectar" first matured in ordinary oak barrels, then it was filled in bourbon barrels from the Extra Matured series and finally finished in white dessert wine barrels from the Saunternes region. Glenmorangie is a well-known single malt whiskey distillery located north of Tain, in Ross-shire, in the Scottish Highlands.
Nose: lime and orange peel, coconut, raisins, spices and rich notes of dried fruit
Taste: spices with ginger and nutmeg, roasted almonds and lemon
Finish: sweet vanilla and lemon zest that fades into white chocolate and spices
