This wine is made from a combination of the traditional grape varieties used to make Cava: Parellada (10%), Chardonnay (15%), Macabeo (35%) and Xarel·lo (40%). The grapes are carefully harvested and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), while the wine matures on yeast for at least 24 months. This process gives the wine its fine bubbles and complex flavor structure.
Color: The wine has a light golden color with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: The nose is intense and complex, with notes of fresh apples, pears and citrus fruits, complemented by subtle floral hints and touches of toast and minerals.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with flavors of green apples, lemons and peaches. It has balanced acidity and a creamy texture that leads to a long and pleasant finish.
