Extremely full, structured and intense cava from the Xarel-lo, Chardonnay and Macabeo varieties.
The total production is limited - 10,000 bottles for the whole world.
The grapes come from our own and original vineyards with an age of 30-50 years.
The processing is extremely careful and the latest modern technologies - cryomaceration - are also used.
Two-phase fermentation naturally also includes the traditional champagne method with a maturation period of 18-24 months.
Cava went through batonage and matured in different barrels to achieve maximum complexity. This makes it extremely versatile when it comes to gastronomy.
