What happens when a chef, a sommelier, a bartender and a master perfumer join forces? - The Ginraw Gastronomic Gin, a gin that combines all talents, experience and knowledge.
This gin uses the "Rotaval" technique of gastronomy, where only low temperature is used to distill the botanicals. Distilled gin is based on 100% neutral distillate from wheat grains. The gin is bottled by hand in small batches of approximately 5,000 bottles and each bottle is individually numbered.
