Mediterranean gin distilled in a 13th century chapel in an ancient fishing village. Each bottle is unique because every year, the arbequina olive, one of the ingredients, changes its acidity. Gin Mare is made with a variety of herbs including rosemary, thyme, basil and plenty of citrus zest.
