Georg Mosbacher Riesling Mäushöhle is made from 100% Riesling from vineyards in the Deidesheim area. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aromas of the wine. The wine matures on fine yeasts for several months, which contributes to its complexity and fullness.
Color: The wine has a light golden color, which is typical of high-quality Rieslings.
Nose: The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruits such as peaches, apricots and citrus fruits, complemented by subtle floral and mineral hints. As it develops further, aromas of nectarine and pineapple appear.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is full and harmonious, with flavors of ripe fruit, citrus and subtle notes of minerals. It has a fresh acidity that gives the wine a lively and refreshing character. The finish is long and persistent, with subtle fruity and mineral notes.
