Georg Mosbacher Grauburgunder is made from selected grapes of the Grauburgunder variety (Pinot Gris), which comes from its own vineyards in the Pfalz region. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aromas of the wine. The wine matures on fine yeast for several months, which contributes to its complexity and fullness.
Color: The wine has a beautiful light golden color with subtle greenish reflections.
Aroma: The aroma is intense and complex, with notes of yellow fruits such as peaches and apricots, complemented by subtle floral and mineral hints. As it develops further, aromas of pears and almonds appear.
