Emperor Deep Blue London Bridge Sauternes Finish je exkluzívny maurícijský rum, ktorý sa vyrába kombináciou tradičných a moderných destilačných procesov. Po destilácii rum najprv dozrieva 12 mesiacov v starých sudoch po sladkom bielom víne Château Clos Haut-Peyraguey – Grand Cru Classé 1855 z oblasti Sauternes v Bordeaux. Následne je fľašovaný a ponorený do podmorskej pivnice vo francúzskej Bretónsku, kde zreje v hĺbke 60 metrov pod hladinou mora pri konštantnej teplote 11–13 °C, v úplnej tme, bez prístupu kyslíka a pri tlaku 6 barov. Tento jedinečný spôsob zrenia trvá 9 mesiacov a dodáva rumu výnimočný charakter.
Tento rum je súčasťou limitovanej edície "Deep Blue", v rámci ktorej bolo vyrobených iba 2 000 fliaš.
