The mixture of rums that are selected for the production of this exclusive 25-year-old rum is under the supervision of the president of this company. Subsequently, a unique continuous barrel distillation takes place. Rum maturation takes place directly in Guyana at temperatures of approximately 30 to 34 degrees Celsius. Although the angel tax is several times higher than in Europe, on the contrary, all undesirable substances are absorbed by wood.
