Experience the height of luxury with Don Julio Añejo 1942 Tequila, a celebration of the craftsmanship and heritage of founder Don Julio González. This tequila is produced in small batches and matures in selected oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic complexity and rich taste.
Don Julio Añejo 1942 Tequila is made from 100% Weber blue agave, which is grown in fertile fields in the Mexican state of Jalisco. After being harvested by hand, the agaves are slowly roasted in traditional stone ovens, allowing the rich and full flavors to develop. Subsequently, the roasted agaves are ground and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks using carefully selected yeast. Double distillation in small copper stills guarantees the purity and delicacy of tequila. Finally, Don Julio Añejo 1942 is aged for at least two and a half years in hand-selected American oak barrels, which gives it a complex taste with subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and almonds.
