This rum, made from molasses, is aged for a minimum of 15 years in American white oak barrels, which are charred on the inside. Thanks to this process, it acquires an exceptionally rich taste with notes of dried fruit, citrus, vanilla and fine spices. The name "Demon's Share" is an interesting play on words - it refers to the concept of "Angel's Share," the part of the alcohol that evaporates during aging in barrels, and this version belongs to the "demons."
