Sancta Catharina is a blend of several grape varieties, including Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The wine is aged in a combination of new and used French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, allowing it to develop its complexity and harmonious structure.
