Distillery Hooghoudt produces its products from 100% natural raw materials. The family business was founded in 1888 and is now run by the fourth generation.
Old-Style Genever harkens back to the distillation process of the 17th and 18th centuries.
The combination of 17-year-old malt, juniper berries, grain distillate and unripened malt forms the basis of this genever with a distinct malt character.
Aroma: wood, anise, notes of warm peppery aromas.
Taste: Mild, barley, notes of juniper, warm spices, oak aromas.
Finish: Long-lasting, elegant, woody, spicy.
