Daniel Bouju Carafon VSOP is produced in one of the best and most sought-after regions of the Cognac region - Grande Champagne. It is a cognac made exclusively from the Ugni Blanc variety and matures for 10 years in new thick and medium thick oak barrels called "Limousine". These barrels give it a complex character and Daniel Bouju Carafon VSOP is produced in one of the best and most sought-after regions of the Cognac region - Grande Champagne. Distillation takes place using the classic Charente method of double firing in sixteen hectoliter copper stills. The tradition of cognac production by the Bouju family dates back to 1805, and since then the eighth generation has been taking care of its preservation. Currently, the family manages 14 hectares of vineyards, which makes them completely independent of the big cognac houses.

Color: Dark amber.

Aroma: Fine aroma of burnt oak wood, vanilla, spices.

Taste: Gentle, distinct notes of vanilla, spices, fine tannins.

Finish: Long and warm.
