With deep roots in Mexican tradition, the Corralejo brand delivers a tequila that is a true reflection of their commitment to craft and quality.
Corralejo Reposado is made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, grown in the fertile fields of Guanajuato, Mexico. The agaves are hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness and slowly roasted in traditional clay ovens, allowing the rich and full flavors to develop. After baking, the agaves are ground and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks using specially selected yeast. Double distillation in copper stills guarantees the purity and delicacy of tequila. After distillation, Corralejo Reposado is aged for a minimum of six months in American oak barrels, which gives it subtle notes of vanilla, oak and mild spices.
