Chivas Regal Royal Salute 21 Year Old Lunar New Year Edition is a limited edition produced in honor of the Lunar New Year, known for its sophisticated and rich flavor profile. This special edition is the result of collaboration with renowned artists and is intended to celebrate this important holiday.
Royal Salute was first launched in 1953 in honor of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Its 21-year-old Signature Blend has stayed true to its original recipe and blended Scotch whiskeys that have been matured for a minimum of 21 years. The whiskey is produced at the Strathisla distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland.
For Lunar New Year 2024, Royal Salute collaborated with Chinese illustrator and designer Yunshu Li, who created a vibrantly colorful design inspired by traditional Chinese symbols such as drums, lanterns and fireworks. This special edition is packaged in a beautifully crafted ruby bottle, which gives the bottle a luxurious and festive look.
