Château Minuty 281 Rosé is an exceptional wine from the Côtes de Provence region in France, which stands out for its elegance and quality. This rosé is made mainly from Grenache grapes, which gives it a soft pink color with crystal reflections and intense aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. It offers depth to the palate with a distinct mineral structure.
Château Minuty is known for its maritime terroir and a history that dates back to 1936, when Gabriel Farnet restored the vineyard and returned it to its original luster. In 2015, Cuvée 281 was launched, named after the Pantone shade of blue used to decorate the bottle, which refers to the Mediterranean Sea near the vineyards. This wine is the result of the visionary ambition of Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s selected special clone selections of Grenache, used for this cuvée.
