A country road with little traffic leads to the town of Saint-Jean-d'Angély, at the center of which is the Cognac House Chabasse, a 17th-century mansion. Here, the current director of the house, René-Luc Chabasse, continues the work of his ancestors. He wanted to express the uniqueness of his cognacs with an unusual presentation. An enthusiastic art lover has created a curved bottle that combines beauty and aesthetics. Light fresh wine is made from early grape harvest. Desulfurized is then double distilled in the Charentais distillation process. VSOP matures in Limousin oak barrels for 4-5 years. A number of different volumes are then combined in a cuvée.

Taste: fruity, notes of oak, Fins Bois.
